I have been in US for almost 4.8 years. I got my L1A in Jan 2014, before that I was on L1B status.

I want to know can my employer file GC for me under EB1c category ?

Sorry for being not descriptive:

The reason I am asking this is as per USCICS EB1c eligibility requires,
"Your employment must have been outside the United States in a managerial or executive capacity and with the same employer, an affiliate, or a subsidiary of the employer."
In my case I was not employed in managerial position before entering US. Does this voids my eligibility ?
