I am a canadian citizen working on TN visa in US. I recently got married to my wife and would like to bring her as my dependant. From my research, I see that my wife would have to go through the process of filing the D-160 form online.
Her intended date of travel is July 2016. When is she supposed to apply for the TD visa? Can she apply early by February and leave by July? Please advise.
