What do I do after NVC asks for a waiver to know if I have a bar or not?

I was granted a voluntary departure from an immigration judge on 2012. I had timely left US and informed the embassy and homeland security closed my case and send the bond money back. So now I'm in NVC process for my family based green card and they will probably want to know if I had any bars from my removal proceedings. Well they say you don't need to file a waiver if you have timely left. What do I send to the NVC?
