Hi,
My visa expired on 11th Dec 2015. I switched company in September 2015 and on my I-797 A, I have got a date till March 2018.
Since I had to travel more than 30 days to client location, my company is filling H1B amendment which is still in process. My Original LCA is still my base location.
Can i Travel out of States and stamp Visa before coming back in such a scenario.
