I140 and job change before 18-0 days
Hi,
i have my I140 (regular processing) in process, i would need to change my job soon.
i wanted to understand the impact of job change if i need to change the job soon after I140 is approved( before 180 days from approval)
also what can i do to mitigate the impact(if any).
or what should be process to change the job after I 140 approval.
also when is I485 filed after I140 approval( how many days).
some of you might my questions silly, but sorry dont have much knowledge about it so better ask them assume.
