DS-160 issue - Sign and Submit button greyed out

Hello everyone!

I'm applying for a US J1 visa and I have an issue filling out the DS 160.
I did not upload any photo, because I got a message like "An error occurred while processing your photo. Please try again later." So I'll just carry a photo with me at the embassy.

I was able to do all the "review" part of the form.

But the "next" button, "sign and submit" is disabled so I can't have any confirmation.

I already tried to change the location (the step before) to save, etc.
But nothing works.

Do someone has a solution?
I must be in the US in less than one month and I'm a little worrying...
