Transit via London with expired H1 Visa, but valid B1/B2 on expired passport

Hi,
I have a connecting flight via london and my H1 is expired. (with valid extension documents).
I understand that British airways doesn't allow to transit via London with expired H1 visa.

But I do have valid B1/B2 visa on my expired indian passport. Does the British airways accept valid B1/B2 on expired passport to transit via London ( British airways)
please help.

I dont think they verify which visa you "exited" on. As long as you have a valid US visa, it should be fine.
