  • New L1-B and and Old Valid L2 Dependent Visa

    Hi,

I had a L1-B Visa along with my dependent's L2 Visa. They are valid until 2018. However, last Nov 2015, I discovered my I-29S was already expired. So I renew my L1-B Visa and got a fresh 5 years. I traveled to US alone last Feb. Now my family is planning to visit in the US. Can they use their current visa or need to apply for a new one?

    Thanks for the help

They can use the same visa as long as it is still valid. However they need to carry photocopy of your latest visa & your renewed I129S.
