Hi,
I have recently applied for J1 waiver from USA, chicago Consulate. I have received 1 NORI from Central government and One from passport office. Do I need to wait for the NORI from state government too..?
Shall I go ahead with next steps( As DOS and USCIS take longer time then expected)
Also I am looking for the changing the job, So I was thinking is it ok to start the stage 3 now itself or do i need to wait to untill I Change the job..?
