J-1 Visa received but DS-2019 not signed
Hello,
I received my J-1 visa this week, but noticed that I don't have my DS-2019 signed by a consular officer. Is that a problem?
For the reference, I was eligible for Dropbox program (I went to US last year too) and applied through it. My last year's form was well-signed.
Kindly help, as I need to leave for US by next week.
