F1 (minor) to L2
I am a current undergrad student in the US on an F-1 Visa. My family is relocating to the US on an L1-A and will apply for a Greencard the moment they get there (EB1-C). Can I change my status from F1 to L2? (I am currently 18 years old and the requirement for L2 is under 21). The reason why I want to do this is so that I can attain a Greencard along with the rest of my family before I turn 21.
