Hello All,
I'm Canadian and my company is applying for my L1-B visa to work in US office. I have been working with company in Canada from last 7-8 years. Company lawyers are preparing my petition and they have asked me to take the petition with me to airport on travel date and I will get visa. My questions are how easy is to get L1 visa at pre inspection flight/airport. Also, regarding my family they said there is no need of documentation and they can application for L2 status at the airport with me we need to show them our marriage certificate and birth certificate of my kids (long form). How hard is the interview at the airport and what are the rejection chances.
