Please help me with below query.
Applied H4 extension (Petition A) for my son through my H1. Later I moved to new employer so my previous employer revoked my h1b. Then we have applied H4 extension through my wifes H1(Petition B).
Petition B approved first and as my attorney suggested that do not revoke petition a as my prevous employer revoked my H1B USCIS simply cancel my petition. But Now Petition A also approved.
Can I ignore Petition A approval or Do I need to take any action here?
