Approved I 140 - job change before H1b 6 years
Hi Here is my situation
H1b 6 year expiration - Apr 30 2017
Current approved H1b - Apr 30 2017
I140 status - approved ( EB2 )
Is it advisable to change my job at this point ( i want to but not sure the implications)?
If i change my job ,can i use the approved I140 to file for 3 years H1b with the new employer?
If i get only 1 year of extension with the new employer, do i need to restart the GC process with the new employer within that year?
