Good Morning. Coudl you please clarify the following. I had applied for H1 & H4extn and got H1 approved on July 27th (after upgrading to premium).
Also the H4 for dependents been applied in Jan 2008 by linking to associated H1. (I think my lawyer applied for H4 extn by mentioing the H1 petition number). Any idea how long wil it take to get H4 extn approval as associated H1 extn is approved.
If my dependents travelling to india before H4 extn approval, what would be the procedure to get stamped in India before returning to US. Can they use
H1b extn petition to get stamped.
