Dear Immihelp.com,
I am a Jamaican, who entered the U.S. years ago with an F-1 student visa. After completing college, I landed a job with a company that sponsored me for the H-1B visa, which I now hold. It is valid until 2010.
I have the H-1B approval document, and would like to have the visa stamped into my Jamaican passport. Due to my work schedule and difficulty to get time off at this point, can I go to a neighboring country like Mexico and Canada for visa stamping, as mentioned on your Web site? I have never been out of status since I have been living, studying, and working in the U.S.
Thank you in advance. I look forward to your advice.
