I would have one question about my student F1 USA visa for fall 2009.The query is I got my I20 for fall 2009 now I am applying for visa date. I have applied for visitor visa in month of feb 20th and I got rejected on the basis of I dont have enough ties in the India and my status is divorse . please advise me if VO officer will ask me why are tried for visitor visa? and why are you trying for student visa now? what would be the answer.
