Urgent F1 & F2 Together Interview

HI everyone,
I am pursuing my Masters (on F1-visa) and intend to complete it by May 2010.Also i am planing to go 2 india during Dec for getting married. Planning to go to Mumbai consulate for visa interview.

My questions is

1. Can i go along with my wife for visa interview?if yes can also answer the ques?(i already have an F1 visa so i wont be there to get a VISA.)

2.we are planning to do a court marriage, so i guess i wont be having alot of photographs as proof, will this be an issue?

3.How much time does it take to get I-20 for dependent?what all documents we need to show.

No. Few photographs and the Original Marriage Registration Certificate would do.

3.How much time does it take to get I-20 for dependent?what all documents we need to show.
