Documents checklist for F-2 Visa Interview

Hi, There

I have some questions about F-2 Visa Interview...

i got 221(g) when i went for H1B Stamping...now i am planing to apply for F2 Visa since my wife has valid F1..She is on OPT...

Q1 : What are the question they ask for F2 Visa interview?
Q2 : What are the documents needed for F2?
Q3 : I know they ask for Financial Documents..Since my wife is on OPT but she doesn't have enough balance and she just got job (15 days before) so she doesnt have Pay Stub...in that case what will be the solution?

Q4 : My Parents is going to sponsor me,Can any one provide me the sample bank balance statement and Affidavit Of Support?
Q5 : Whose name i have to write on Affidavit support and other financial Documents(Mine or My Wife's)?(e.g We are sponsoring to ................)
