    Diploma and experience

    I am in L1 visa and have got diploma ( 3 years) in computers
    I got 15 year experience in IT. I am currently on L1-A , is there any way I can switch to H1-B.

    Also I understand from the web that 6 year education is required for filing H1b. Is the 3 year experience can be treated as 1 year education?

    Is there any authorizing agency for credentials education + work experience

        You need 3 years diploma of Engineering and experience of 5 years work in any field to get its visa.
