My passport does not have a surname. For DS 160 online form, I need to fill the Surname (mandatory) in it. My Given name is my actual name. So how do I go about filling the Given name and Surname? Please Help?
I asked the Indian Embassy, They said Put LNU in the place of Surname. I contacted the Indian VFS helpline in Delhi, they told me to Put FNU in given name and my given name in the Surname. I am confused. Can you please tell me, what is the right procedure so that I will not have any issues ahead?
