I was born in India and I am us citizen now. I applied for oci my son is
20 year old us citizen by birth How I can apply for him because in his
form they are not asking any parent information

He has to apply himself.

He has to give the proof how he is of Indian origin. He can provide the copy
of your old Indian passport.
