hello,
my daughter is studying in spain and her student visa expires on july 17. she wants to stay until august 20, 2010 and travel around spain. is there a way for her to stay legally for longer? she had heard that if she leaves the schengen states and returns to spain that she can get her passport stamped as a tourist and stay longer with a tourist visitor 90 days. does anyone know any truth to this? or have advice?
