Hi Friends,
today we received an RFE for my wife's COS
She is currently on H4 visa and we applied for a COS for her to transfer to F1 visa
RFE states :
Please submit the H-1B principal's most recent pay stubs the principal received from his employer, an updated letter from the employer verifying that the applicant was in good standing at the time of filing and/or additional evidence to show proof that the applicant was maintaining status at the time of applicant's filing Form I-539.
I can ask My employer about the recent Paystubs again .. as we had already submitted the paystubs earlier too.. I am not sure why they are asking again..
Now my question is: What kind of letter i need to get from my employer for her (Applicant). My employer can write about me but what they need to write about her as an applicant ???
