I am an indian but my husband is a bangladeshi..working in India on employement visa in a major IT company...besides he is residing in India for the last 15 years(studied here from 1994 on student visa)..all his parents and grand parents are bangladeshi...
is he eligible for PIO or OCI? as it is written that bangladeshi's are not allowed for PIO or OCI.......if not is there anyway he can stay in india permanently and work here without depending on employement visa every year?
