I-140 approval time
 

Dear Immihelp,
I have read on in your responses that EB2 I-140 is not processed faster than EB3. But the JIT report of CSC gives different adjudication dated for different I-140.Like it says I-140 A& B E-1/E-2 and 00-175 and then the last column has 05/25/00. In the next line it says I-140 C E 1-3 and there different dates of 1999.
Could you please explain what does these A, B, C means.

But i could not find any information on CSC jit report, I-140 processing times etc. that you have mentioned in your first post.

Can you please post a link to the report you were referring to.....

Dear Immihelp could you please explain the processing time of different categories of form I-140 as mentioned in CSC report. None of other three service centers mention different categories of I-140.

JIT reports
 

A common misconception about JIT reports: they don't say that all cases up to the date reported are cleared!
They only say that all files have been moved to the desks of the examiners. It can take quite a while (a month or longer) until they are actually cleared.

xenome thanks for the response. I applied I-140 in the end of June and have not received any receipt yet. I will check with my attorney. What about you, when did you reply.

I applied for I-140 in early May .. EB-2/CSC
The jit report says they are through but haven't
heard any word from the attorney yet ..

I applied my I-140 in the end of June 2000. I have not received any receipt. I checked with attorney recently. My service center is california. Any one in the similar situation please respond. My category is EB 2. The JIT report says they are processing cases upto 07/20/00. Thanks for response.
