I don't agree with the 2 year part... you can certainly come sooner than that, but I would say no sooner than 1 year and refrain from staying ALL 6 months... 3-4 months, twice a year should be fine.
You are traveling too much to the USA, that is why you were given a restricted I-94. Find a different flight or you will lose your visa if you overstay even for 1 day.

They can safely travel within the continental US.
No. That is fraud.
Can't do that. It would abandon the petition for extension and they may not be allowed back in the USA.

hahahahahahahahahahaha....
you can't. must wait until citizenship.
If you marry the day she enters the USA on her K-1 visa, and file paperwork next day, she should get her work authorization within 90 days. She won't get a SSN until she gets the work authorization,...

Maximum stay is 180. Don't be stupid. Schedule trip for 170 days and NO more! Just in case something happens. Overstay 1 day and your visa is cancelled.
You are legally married, even if he is illegally present here.
First you ask how to file a petition for him and now how to divorce him? are you thinking straight? It sounds like you are engaging...
She can stay because of her pending I-485, she is allowed to stay until her GC is approved or denied. Don't worry.
yes, very big problem.
Did he entered legally or not? who the heck do you enter from Philippines without record?
If he entered illegally he can not adjust his status.
