Hi,
I was granted J-1 visa but the consular officer forgot to sign on DS 2019. I again submitted it at the vfs office. Three working days are over and I still did not receive my DS 2019. Is there any thing I can do to push them to process it quickly? I am already 2 weeks late for my internship and if I don't go by this week, I will be missing the opportunity and also Rs. 30000 will be wasted due to the visa fee , SEVIS fee, and cancellation of tickets.
