    Default UK Transit Visa

    Hi,

    I am traveling to india from USA via HeathRow London on december-12 through British Airways do i need a transit visa in this case. My USA visa is getting expired on august-12 but i have already applied for extension and i do have a valid tier2 UK visa valid till 2013.

    Please advice as i am confused.

    Check UK Border Agency website, you may not need transit Visa because of your UK Visa.

    You need transits visa you can apply for it in the British embassy.

    If you have a valid UK visa as you say, you won't need a transit visa.
