Question Filing labor when less then 365 days left on H1B

I have 14 months left on my 6 years of H1B visa. Can I change my employer now or it will be issue for my green card process?

My current employer has not filed for Labor certification. If I change my job then h1 transfer could take about 3-4 weeks (premium process)
The new company needs to file for Prevaling wage and it could take 2 to 4 months. Then advertisement period.
So when the new company file for Labor certification(EB2), I might have about 8 months left on my 6 year of H1.
Would this be a problem if only 7 to 8 months left when they file my labor?
Is their any other possible way that my GC/labor could start and I could stay after completing my 6 years on H1B.

I got selected in a company where they are ready to proceed my GC immediately but the company has not any experience about GC process.

    Please advise.
