I found out that i won the DV Lottery (EU0039XX) ,and I was wondering what are my chances of getting it with my case number. Most of the forums say that apparently is a low number. Meaning that I'll get it for sure if my documents are in order???

Lucky you! I guess you already have your green card then! I am still waiting for my case number's turn EU00249XX. A long way to go!
