Can I enter the usa again?

Iam soni of age 23 now..
I entered the usa with visiting visa...multiple...at the age of 22on may26th 2011
The immigration counter.. put many questions to me..i attend for second interview in the port of entry...they asked whether i came for working ...they put me long wait...at last they have given me 2months visa and writing "no AOS",in the passport...
...i went to visit my cousin...
Now iam married a gc..
Now he is in the process for us citizen..
He applied spouse visa to me ..I t is in the process...
Can i enter the usa again..on visiting visa ...will they allow me to stay. for a period of time
