    Default H1B Visa and Canada Workpermit- W1 Visa

    Hi

    I have canada Work permit - W1 visa till May 2013. and I applied H1B on Nov 2011 and Yesterday I got H1B Petition file.
    So shall I go for stamping- US visa ? Is it any problem ?
    If I have two Work permit on same time (US H1B Visa and Canada W1 visa).then it will be any problem to work either of one country.
    Please help me out.

    No issues. Canadian work permit has nothing to do with H1B and it will not have any impact when you attend the H1B visa interview.

    You can if you have the H1B petition and visa approved.
