There is extra 'a' character in my surname, i have all doc and certificates and passport with same surname. My petition for H1B is approved. I want to apply visa for my son and wife.
I don’t want to carry forward the same mistake with my son’s surname. I want to put my sons surname as my father surname.
Will it cause problem while getting dependant visa for my son and visitor visa for my father.
