F1 Visa Waiver program.

Hi,

I had F1 visa before and I did Master's degree from US. I worked for US company and had H1B also. Although, I don't have any valid visa now. I am planning to do Ph.D. in US now. I heard about some visa interview waiver program introduced recently. Am I eligible for this waiver program?

VWP is for Citizen of Canada and EU Countries only.
Visa interview waiver program also does not apply to you.
