Hello,
I recently got some photocopies for the renewal of my passport, notarized. The public notary has stamped ( public notary watermark ) and signed every photocopy. I reside in the State of Washington. I have also not signed or taken any oath, all I did was took my original, an id and my copies were stamped. Is this sufficient?
