Please help, we have baby

I am American and married the most wonderful Iranian man. We have a baby and when I got back to USA was facing one disaster after another. What is the fastest way to get him here? He lived in UK for several years and had indefinite stay but went back several years ago when his Mom got sick.

File an I-130 peition for him with USCIS.
Should take 10-12 months for him to get the immigrant visa.
Another option is, he can also apply for a K3 visa to come faster to US
and join you.

His immigrant visa can be processed at any of these US embassies/consulates;
