Does anyone know of any health care facilities in the Great Metro Washington DC area that offers medical services to elderly patients who are new immigrants to the US with no or limited health insurance coverage?

You are unlikely to find any such facility. Healthcare in this country is a business for profit and not a charity.

Thanks for the reply. Understood re. health care business in the States. However did note that someone (from Insubuy actually) had posted recommendation about a medical facility services in Dallas, TX that treats elderly patients with no or limited health insurance coverage at affordable costs. So wonder if anyone knows similiar outfits in the great metro Washington DC area.
