Marriage with US Citizen

Hello,
I am currently in H1 B visa and have been working in united states for cognizant technology solutions. They have applied for my GC under EB-3 and I-140 is approved and waiting for my priority date (which will not happen in the near future since its EB-3).

I am getting married to US citizen next month or so. I need to know the formalities on how to apply for Marriage based GC and if you can give me some trusted attorney contact, it will be great.
I currently live in Moline, IL (175 miles from Chicago).

Your spouse will need to file an I-130 (petition for immediate relative) + I-485 ( adustment of status from H-1 to PR) together.
The USCIS website describes everything in detail . But you will have to do something about
the approved I-140 . I can provide you with a popular immigration attorney's contact
