    Question After 6 years can i change the company on H1B

    Hi,

    Cmpleted 6years on H1B my labour got approved from current employer and I140 is in process. My question is can i change to new company this time? and what is process to change to another comany after completion of 6years?

    No you can't, if you change your employer then you will loose both the Labor and the I-140. If you decide to switch employer then you will need to start from scratch with the new employer. So when you can change/switch employer? You can change/switch employer once 6 months have past to the filing of your I-485 by your current employer. For more details check AC-21regulation of USCIS.
