How to get settled in u.s.a with f-2 visa.Pls suggest me..

I m an f-2 visa holder already in cansas.My wife is an f-1 visa holder doing her ph.d.here .It takes her another 3 years to complete..so please suggest me the better way to work and get settled in u.s.a...pls whoever know the better way ..pls suggest me..i will be thankful if some one suggest me the better option...

If you have a bachelor's degree , you can try to look for a job where the
employer will sponsor you for an H-1b visa. If the application is approved,
you can change status from f-2 to H-1b. But you should hurry,
there is an annual quota for H-1b.

I applied for b1/b2 visa and was rejected 3 times since i wanted to appear for usmle cs exam in usa.
I have a proposal .the girl on f1 visa doing Phd. Does my rejection affect my chances of getting F2 visa.
