Uk Visa .. pls help

Hi,

My father has 4 daughter, one daughter(myself) in USA and one in U.K.

My father is in USA at the moment to see me from India, he has 10 years valid visitor visa for usa.

My sister has an emergency and she needs my father in U.K, my father does not have u.k visa, can you please guide me how can he go UK.

I am not 100% sure, but he has to apply for UK visitor visa.
