Fiance visiting on VWP and now pregnant...

I need help quivckly... Please! What can and must we do if my fiance and I were going to marry on the vwp and now realize she is an expecting mother to be with a very difficult pregnancy? She is from Italy, we have yet to marry and wer suppose to get married on June 23 and now we are confused as to what to do. We are oth trying to get back to Italy on her 90th day to visit and meet family and then come back in the middle of August. I am a US Citizen and she is not. A bit crazy but we are in lve and now are lost and confused with a difficult pregnancy. What should can and should we do? Apply for I-130 , pray, or not do a thing and come back in August and file and worry about it then...any help and info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

If you want her to get a green card you could file an I-130 and then go for a CR1 visa, but you can't file until after you're married. She doesn't have to be abroad for you to file the I-130, but she has to be in Italy to apply for the visa once the I-130 has been approved. I wouldn't recommend anyone to try to do an AOS from VWP, especially if you're already married by the time she enters the country on the VWP.
