So, I finally got a letter this past Saturday(7/14/2012) for an Interview in San Diego! This was very odd since my husband is living out of the country and can not cross the border, hence the reason we are trying to get a green card. So, I called my attorney on Monday who told me to just show up to the interview alone with all the documents and proof of a good faith marriage because that is all the interview is going to be about supposedly(according to my attorney). I am sort of bummed that they are making me go through this extra step because I have applied in the past and got approved right away(had to stop due to inability to financially sponsor), plus we have been married for 5 years, AND to top it off we have 3 young children including a set of twins! What the heck more proof do they need?! Oh well, hopefully meeting the immigration officer in person will help get our case moving quicker. lol Congrats to all of you who are approved, it is so exciting!
