I work as a manager in INDIA with a US based company. My company is processing my H1B.

I am looking at obtaining a GC asap after landing in US. I want to know what is better to obtain GC.

Is it that if I arrive in US on L1, it would be better to obtain GC? Or it does not make much of difference even if I am on H1B?

My Spouse is a house-wife & will not be working in US at all.

Request you guys to please help me.
