    Unhappy Help Urgent visa COS!

    Hello all,

    I am currently in Usa on my multiple visa [b1/b2] ,from 4th, june and i got 6 month i-94 to stay in usa, want to get h1b how can change my status?

    a) Can i COS [change of status] from b1/b2 to h1b?
    b) Can i COS [change of status] from b1/b2 to f1 then after completing the course to h1?

    H1b quota is full. You can change to H1b only if you already have an approved H1b from an employer in the past. New employer can sponsor you and transfer over that H1b provided it has time left from the 6 years.
