India passport for minor child - Parents in US

I am working in US on H1 and my wife is with me with H4. My kid born in Hyderabad and currently staying with grand parents.

Now I want to apply passport for my kid while we are in US.

Can someone help us how to proceed.

The passport must be applied in India, where he currently lives.

You will have to provide the authorization paperwork to the passport office in India.

Hi,

My name is Hari, staying in Hartford CT- USA.

I want to apply indian passport for my 3 months old baby in India when i am here in USA.

I have the below listed constraints for which i need help.

I am staying in USA and my wife is in India- chennai. We have 3 year old baby in india with my wife.
I have chennai address but not the present chennai address and my wife have Andhra address on her passport.
We didn't have the spouse names added in each of our passport.

Can any one please provide me the solutions. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
