Going on B1 But dues in banks with earlier visit

Hi

I have been couple of years in US and back to India. Now going to US on B1 But earlier stay in US I have some payments in due in Banks

Is that any problem occurs now going to US Again? Banker will trace me once I am there ?

Please suggest what I have to do on this and appreciate your quick response

Depends on how much is owed and if you rent an apartment that requires them to run a credit check. Banks/collection agencies can trace your whereabouts based on your SSN, address and credit report file. But this is a civil issue.
