EAD renewal not received yet

Hi ,
I have applied for my EAD renewal

EAD renewal date - 15/Mar/2012
Biometric date - 17/Apr/2012
RFE notice date - 21/May/2012
USICS received documents on - 31/May/2012 .

Now currently its under the status -Request for Evidence Response Review since 31/May/2012

I want to know when can i expect the approval as my new job start date is 02/Jul/2012 . Hardly 10 days are left .When can i expect the decision on my case ? What the best i can do to speed up the case as i have very less time ? I can choose below of 2 options
A. Infopass appointment for Interim EAD as its already 90 days since applied my EAD.
OR
B. Should i call customer service of USCIS to expedite my case ?

Please advice if someone has experience with the same .

I have called the customer care service on June 21st to expedite the procedure . They emailed me the next day stating that we received your RFE documents on 31st may , from that date new 90 day period will start. So expedite can happen after this 90 day period only. I dnt know how long i have to wait for this EAD card and when i can start my job

Then i also took infopass appointment for monday June 25th . They no longer issue interim EAD , so now they have also taken my request to expedite the procedure . Now lets c how it goes.

I hope i get it by this week othewise my job will be at stake

I got my EAD approval on 28th June 20120 just 2 days before my joining date(2nd July 2012) by gods grace I joined yesterday
I got letter for denial for InfoPass appointment for expedite as well just 2 days back on 26th June . That means with regular procedure it got approved but i think my file came into notice of them once i applied for expedite through phone and infopass , atleast they looked into my file and got the approval fast

Can you please tell me at what number you contacted the Customer Care. I am nervous a I applied in on JUne 19 and my EAD expires on 9/13 .

EAD expires: Sept/2/2012
Applied for Renewal : May/13
called to expedite the cases: Aug/13 (exactly 90 days)
Denial to expedite email : Aug/14
Called congressman : Aug/15
Got RFE dated : Aug/13 on Aug/16 (for my expedite call)
Sent documents : Aug/17
USCIS Received : Aug/20
InfoPASS Appointment : Aug/27

Update from InfoPass "the documents are with an officer and it is working in your favor (the last update they see is Aug/22) and hopefully, the officer would approve it soon." The USCIS officer sent an email to the processing officer.

Just 2 working days more and really tensed about getting the approval. Cannot work till EAD (Category c09) is approved as I left H1B a few years ago.
