    Default Spouse's I-140 approved

My spouse got his I-140 approved last week.

But, I'm on H1B and my company is not willing to start my GC process.
Is my visa limit still capped at 6 years, or since my husband's I-140 is approved I can renew it till we get our EAD?

    Thanks.

No, you can extend your H1B after 6 years cap based on your Spouse's approved I-140.

You can change to EAD status once your spouse's status changes to EAD.
